Nutty buckwheat biscuits


You need:

  • 150 g BIORINA buckwheat flour;
  • 100 g any crumbled nuts;
  • 1 egg;
  • 125 g butter;
  • 150 g sugar;
  • 2 tablespoons of water;
  • 1 spoon of baking powder.

Smash butter with sugar and beat the egg. Add flour, baking powder, crumbled nuts and pour water. Mix everything well. The thickness of the mass should be similar to sour cream. Form biscuits and put them on a greased baking tray or use baking paper instead of grease. Preheat an oven to 180C and bake about 20 minutes.

Buckwheat kissel


You need:

  • 3 tablespoons BIORINA buckwheat;
  • 200 ml cold water;
  • 1l boiling water;
  • 1 tablespoon honey;
  • 1 cinnamon stick.

Pour flour into cold water and mix it well. Boil 1-litre water in a pot and by slowly stirring pour a mix of cold water and buckwheat flour. Add honey and cinnamon stick; simmer for 10 minutes by stirring it.
